All criminal defense services are provided with a signed engagement agreement. Please note that flat fees are for legal work only; court costs, fines, and third-party charges (such as expert witnesses or private investigators) are separate and may apply. Fees may vary based on case complexity and jurisdiction.

MISDEMEANOR CRIMINAL DEFENSE – $3,000

We provide full legal representation through pretrial hearings, negotiations, and—where applicable—resolution via plea or dismissal for the following common misdemeanor offenses:

Our flat fee includes investigation, negotiation with prosecutors, court appearances, and guidance throughout your case.

FELONY CRIMINAL DEFENSE – $6,000

This flat fee covers felony representation through the preliminary hearing stage. Additional fees apply if your case proceeds to trial.
